It started off a small shudder on take off and in less than 30 mins was full on hitting the chassis with the drive shaft violently. I took some photos of the tailshaft and to me it doesnt look like a centre bearing failure you usually see. It looks as though the driveshaft just popped out of the bearing completely instead of just wearing down. I should also mention I completely replaced the IRS cradle with one from another BA. I took some photos of the gearbox output shaft and it looks to be barely in there (mind you this is after the bearing failure), and also the diff coupling in case im missing something there. Im thinking its possible the bearing was put the wrong way around? or perhaps bigger problems, im really not sure. Any constructive advice would be appreciated guys, thank you

Is that the centre bearing starting to go? How can I check?

Bearing was done first, then the cradle. I also did not torque anything to spec and I didnt mark the position of the driveshaft before removing
