Just got my car back from Monsta Torque today-very happy with the result. It ran up at 236rwkW stock and then 308rwkW after some skillful tuning. I'm pretty impressed for a 12psi tune.

Nice mate

Super cheap and practical

But most of those parts will have to go when you shoot for more

Exactly what MattyP said. This is why I decided to do my mods in stages.

I  couldnt afford to do it all in one go. My first round of mods was similar to what you did. I got 310rwkw.

Id1000 injectors, hi flow venom cat and stock exhaust, pw stage2 intercooler cause I was planing more power afterwards.

This second round of mods, I added valve springs, timing chain kit, harmonic balancer, a new turbo and exhaust.

This took it up to 379rwkw. It was fun driving with 310rwkw for 2 years and I learnt alot.

Now with this latest round of mods I do think that I will not be doing anything else to the car, unless the driveline or clutch falls appart.

It is going to be fun on friday when I get the full power unlocked. I dont even know if we hould go on a cruise this weekend with all the rain.

FGX 40T, do you hve a build thread? If not get one going with pics too. :)

yep, stock as a rock. The funny thing is that before I got the car tuned, I was having problems with 3rd slipping like a *beep*.

I took it to ford twice and they couldn't fault it. The last time it slipped, it stunk the whole cabin out with the worst smell ever.

Ford didn't want to know about it and so I took it to MT. Darren had a look and couldn't fault it, but he could smell it, so he knew it had issues.

The car then got tuned and ran on 310rwkw for 2 years and I never had an issue with 3rd. Time will tell whether I have issues with it on Saturday or not.

Mate hate to be a killjoy but I'd start saving for a decent replacement with your new power level...

That is why I have been taking it easy. When, not If I do upgrade, it will be their NPC dual clutch upgrade that they do in house at MT.

I also got to get the driveshaft done first, before the clutch

Stop being a killjoy okay. not cool man. not cool.

:P
