Time to put the bigger one on. I've got the turbo manifold getting ceramic coated and once it comes back I'll fit the new turbo and make a few adjustments to the piping. I've been tossing up between the pulsar's for the same reason too. But for that little bit extra you can get an aeroflow turbo - whether the extra cost is worth it sounds like a good debate.
