Luckily these days with so many system available we dont need to have fuel in the car. 

 

E85?  Have you looked at process west and plazmaman.

I'd love to run E85 but we don't have access to it here so it's just as much power as possible on pump 98 for now. But all pumps and lines are E85 safe just in case.

500rwkw + in the long run. Motor is built to handle it, rear end is set up so just the gearbox is left then it will be pushed. I'm having trouble with the Walbro 460 draining the swirl pot sometimes so thought if I was build a surge tank I'll do it properly.

460 on 98 will go big power.  Your pot obviously hasn't been modified.

Yeah I'd say so. It won't matter soon once this tank is finished. I'm just making the fuel lines for under the car with 3/8 aluminium tubing.
