The wastegate does not flow enough air which requires machining and fitment of a larger flapper valve. But most of us are still well within the limits of the stock turbo.I didn't think there was any difference between the turbos in the auto & manual.Brian Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/9146-xr6t-turbocharger-wheel-sizes-and-ar/#findComment-93200 Share on other sites

We will have a drop in 800 HP ball bearing turbo charger by mid year combined with a sports exhaust manifold to suit the xr6t falcon. Will be able to give you more details on power, torque and boost curves in approx 6 weeks when we have completed engine dynamometer testing.PeterAPS Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/9146-xr6t-turbocharger-wheel-sizes-and-ar/#findComment-94850 Share on other sites
