What brand manifold is it? Thought u said low mount?

Essentially, yes, mod the exhaust to make it pass, tune it to suit.

It'll need a clutch, too... there's a long story there, too.

K - I'll bite - when was the last report on what had to be done?

And what had to be done?

19th June 2013

1. The boot mounted fuel system must be sealed from the boot/cabin. (suggested sealed MDF enclosure using the existing fuel line holes as the ventilation method from within the sealed enclosure).

2. Provide a test report showing your vehicle complies with ADR79/00 (https://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2005L04079/Download)

So a subwoofer box round your external fuel pumps and get the VW engineers to do the emissions test

K so, woofer box, zorst, clutch tune, skids?

A twin or even tripple(lol never seen a triple..) cat setup could pass and even flow a decent amount? More paths = less resistance/restriction

Have done the box for the fuel cell... terribly... might re-do. Clutch yes, Exhaust, yes...Tune, yes,

+ pass emissions test

+ pay 2nd half of enigneer's cost

+ pay rego and stamp duty

jump for joy and do skids?

2-3k for clutch

unknown $$ for exhaust mods + tune to suit to pass emissions testing, lets say $1.5k

1600 for emissions testing (repeated cost for any failure)

~700 rego

can't remember what stamp duty will be..

$~2k insurance

>:(
