Leave the in tank pump and use stock rail ect.

Jet wat do you think the beast needs minimum to get over?

Is it a external gate rear housing keif, vband?

Thread needs moar random pics of this chit like fuel system ect.

Getting it over without changing turbos would be the goal I guess?

The external gate is vband mounted to the manifold just before the T4 flange on the rear housing.

The rear housing on the turbo is not connected in any way to the 'gate.

If I was to go back to stock, who gives a fark what makes it pass, really... If I am to go the way I'm going, I only require one more test (emissions) for the engineer to sign it off. The most difficult one to pass, it seems.

Yeah nah I get how an external gate works....was asking if it was a vband rear housing or modified ford one coz of dump n cat but if your going engineered...

Whats the story with passing emissions then? Thought high flow cat means its just not possible.

LOL good one, Biz.

The turbo has a v-band rear housing. It's way bigger than a stock rear housing to accommodate the massive turbine attached to a GT42 :) Engineer is already happy with this.

It's a long story...

What brand manifold is it? Thought u said low mount?

Cmon cant be that long? Is it just a case of getting a cat in place that will make it pass and a gay tune?

Haha, yep, I like your thinking, Biz.

So what brand manifold is it, thought u said low mount?

It's a custom manifold, yep, low mount.

Cmon cant be that long? Is it just a case of getting a cat in place that will make it pass and a gay tune?

Emissions is a complex topic.
