Reason? Factory N/A cars are cheap as chips nowdays. Just get one of them.

Or, a second hand ba turbo motor would be cheap too.

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have any experience removing a 6T and replace a N/A Barra.

Will it be just a matter of changing wiring loom, PCM and ECU.

Feedback and guidance will be much appreciated.

Should be a bolt in procedure.

you may have to plug up a water line on the firewall that is used on the turbo and not the n/a.

you will have to get an n/a exhaust and air box/pipe setup. All the wiring will be basically the same, Turbo have some extra for the boost solenoid which goes into the 3rd plug on the pcm which

n/a doesnt have.N/a also have a vac hose going to the broadband manifold to open the internal blades. If you leave the boost solenoid plug connected to the wiring it shouldnt bring up any codes. The turbo pcm should run the n/a engine fine.
