That's the going rate. its apparently a c*nty job; so they can charge what they want (even though its only around 3hrs total).

be thankful that your tuner doesn't charge $950-$1000 labour only lol

Keep shopping around though....but I would only choose a reputable shop that does this type of work often

3 hours would be for a guy that does this daily and that would not be many.

5 to 6 would be fair and it is a *beep* of a job even with the right tool. They earn their money. Its not like a 186 holden!

there's a guy on ClubFG on bookface that claims he works in a shop and can do them in half an hour

if he can ill eat my hat.

I dont think ill be eating my hat for along time. Probably has a 6 second daily to. Lol

He can pull something in half an hour, But its not springs.
