So very out of the box but I got the pleasure of being able to project manage this over the last few months with the actual build taking just 14 days on site.

A 3 story real life dolls house for the public to walk through and enjoy in the business location in the whole of South Australia.
Lots of night works and 4.30am starts... now I’m finalising the logistics of pulling it down in just over a weeks time lol

(these are time lapse... had to split it into two... worth watching both @k31th if it doesn’t imbed properly can you help please lol)

fixed your videos for you :) they don't like to work and generally require a manual stuff about, but oh well, not hard to do.

looks quite interesting, to say the least.

So did some hefty work before lunch today and we have progress.

The temp fencing on either side is in place (for where the garages are being built to boundary.

Had a bunch of clean fill and road base dropped to the block. About 50 tonne worth.

Then we had to move the bricks we saved from the old house. As we were moving them I had a lovely moment where I realised 70 years ago my Nonno (who passed a few weeks back) was laying some of them with his bare hands.

All in all nearly 2 tonne of red bricks covered in plaster... almost 700 full bricks all stacked up neatly about 20m away. We’re feeling a bit buggered lol

looks like a lot of hard work and also a bunch more hard work to come :) but looking like a good base to work from, too.

still have splashback, more painting, new sliding door, paint lounge and put timber flooring down in whole house.
