Most on the time I was only at the gate watching and a lot of the time no one onsite. 2 - Question I asked was because I was interested on how things work and whats the process. 95% of the time the question were is tradies. I looked after all the tradies that came onsite feeding them (fish & chips and subway sometimes) and through summer bring them drinks and ice blocks. I agree cant see how they can call them selves builders when they don't, project manager is spot on. We have everything in emails and well before the major issues started and the safety issues. Spoke wit Lawyer this arvo we need to obtain liability report to determine whether it is a building integrity issue or landscaping issue.
