We have power connected to mains already. We had to ring power company to connect about 2 months ago. The other day we got a bill for water passed it straight to builder. Earthworks hire a Dingo with trench attachment job done in know time.

He can do it for about half what we were expecting if we went retail. Woo! Can even mix in our own magic rocks to the aggregate if we want. Colourbond roof looks great pixy, I really wanted it on my house but wasn't prepared to pay extra just for a nice looking roof You'll be in soon Stever, everything is really coming together now Painters have been and finished at my build, splash back has been installed in the kitchen as well Floor and wall tiles have been delivered for the bathrooms and laundry, should be done by next week hopefully, Couldn't get many pictures as its always dark when I check it out after work, but here is one shot of the kitchen Also the wife noticed our gutters were the wrong colour, so I got the phone straight away to the builder and they worked out it was a paperwork issue at their end. (I knew it wasn't anything we missed) but it all got fixed within a week, so that's a win as well
