*hand up in the air* "I did I did".... but im not paying thousands for c-bus.... I will in the house I build for long term living in

But forward thinking Pixy, I work in an industry that has strict rules and regs on emergency procedures... I even install and service them.... never thought of doing that. im more of a "I need a ups so I can still use my computer while the power is out" :P

I got a 3kva ups at home.................

I wouldn't go near Cbus, even if you paid me.

Have you read up on Zigbee or Z-wave technology?

Might change your opinion in regards to home automation....

;)

Now have to check that there aren't any rocks 600mm deep in a line from the site power box to the circuit breaker box 3m away, as our sparkie is now needed to connect the house to mains power.  Got some digging to do on the long weekend...

Save $ - owner earthworks

If there's a big fat rock there we need to get the thing busted up by a professional though and I'd rather find that out ourselves before the sparkie gets into it and has to cancel the job that day.

My entire job revolves around making big rocks into smaller rocks...unfortunately they don't let me bring explosives home though, so can't help there Stevo. I've got a geo pick though, if that helps? Haha

Kinda annoying the bloke didn't mention this when we had the earthworks guy there with him and, I dunno, get him to dig a further 3 meters on top of the 100 already planned?  Machine can push over giant gum trees, dig a 10m deep trench in a couple minutes and then swap over to the rock breaker fitting in like 60 seconds and shit.

Honestly...could have found a better sparkie from the get go really but hey, almost there now.
