He then asked if it's a high wind area? We did get strong winds in the last house but new location unknown. We should be protected well from the bush behind us I would think. They said if all goes to plan the roof should be by the end of the week. Pics later on.

House has been wrapped with the tin foil stuff ready for Bricks Electrical and data is all done inside Plumbing is all roughed in and water connected Insulation installed Plasterboard has been delivered inside Can't believe how fast it's all going, whether that's a good thing or not haha Also answer to your question earlier Freaky about the solar hot water in Melbourne My old house had it and our gas bill was a lot lower than normal during winter and almost non existent during summer, so I think it does work pretty well

We are up to 4 months of delay from the original quoted settlement. My stage just won't title. It's always next week. I've given up hope of moving into the house this year. Our land title was delayed 7 months... Roads and everything was finished but just no title Was a killer just waiting, but it will eventually get there and then they will smash your house out

From the time we sold and move till now it's been 2.5 years leaving with the mother in-law (f*cking kill me know). First up was taking our first architect to court because didn't meet our budget, that took 12 months. New architects and builder so far 1.5 years. Construction start in NOV last year and contract is 6 months and that ends in MAY, not going to happen. I'm hoping to be in around SEPT, fingers crossed. As the wife keeps reminding me we're almost there and things will get better. My reply most of the time........and so is Christmas. We all cant wait hang in there guys.

With the frame done I'm a little shocked to see how high the front is. Whats more alarming is the parts of the slab is not square. Some of the windows arrived on Wed.
