Mrs Jeturbo Bob the Freaking Builder Donating Members 10,813 Member For: 15y 4m 15d Gender: Female Location: SA Posted 28/07/20 08:57 AM Share Posted 28/07/20 08:57 AM (edited) Well... no grandmas undies... but some action on site... - First fix electrical (us) almost done. - First fix plumbing almost done - Gas lines in - Chippies finished major framing, roof trusses and now just need to finish off some internal stuff. - flashings and gutters got put on - 90% of the roof was done when we left today (might be done by tomorrow morning) - brickies started yesterday woop woop... it’s been 11 weeks since the block was levelled and we’re here... pretty happy considering it’s been pouring with rain and these are two big houses with the additional difficulty of a fire wall being constructed.
