If it ain't broke don't fix it Dan. Enjoy the low interest rates while you can.

Edit timed out:

A mate on similar phone line length in the 'burbs has gone from 3Mbps to about 1.5 as it's degraded over the last ten years.  He's getting NBN rolled out soon though so I'm sure he'll live!

That house has some funky sh- t.  Garage big enough for a car and a couple of motorbikes.  Yep hard to fit  4 x 2 on the tiny blocks theses days.  And now sheds are out of the question.  Shame.

It's definitely got some funky sh*t! Someone had some interesting taste in its past. It could be really nice though. New modern kitchen and bathrooms would go a long way I reckon.

Can and probably will put a little garden shed out the back (already has the pavers there for it), somewhere to keep ladders, pushbikes, wheelbarrow, lawnmower etc.

Also, I don't really need a 4x2 at this stage of my life, Arron. Nor a big garage. I like cars and motorbikes, but not really interested in pulling them apart at home.

Honestly dude, all I'd do is paint that odd salmon coloured wall and bench and get on with life. Kitchen and Bathrooms both look pretty tidy and function so unless they are falling apart I'd run with it to save the $'s in the short term.
