U wanna hope it has some good elongation like 270% + ya hippo :pandalol:

P.S waterproofing is normally in todays world a waterbased polyurethane so it breaks down in water over time! hence 7yrs manufacturer warranty.

If its got more water then normal sitting on it and has done for some time? then 3-5yrs its going to start breaking down sooner then 7yrs...

Been on the renovate forums reading about water proofing.

Need to be a qualified water proofer to do the special water proofing course that qualifies you as a water proofer WTF!

Anyway rant over....

Yep its a 3 day bullshight course that cost 4k.

Yet as soon a I the tile tile over that waterproofing I take full responsibility of that waterproofing warranty.

This is why any tiler should inspect the product before starting or do it them self.

That's farked ! So waterproofing is the go then as all responsibilities fall on someone else?

Score.

What's better, screed then waterproof or waterproof then screed?

I can send jet how to emails?? :yahoo:

Either way is fine if done right.

Screed in a shower will have water in it from the day the first shower is had till the day it getting riped out.... though waterproofing ontop puts that water into the glue and bottom of the tile! if the tile is ceremic then id advise against ontop of screed.
