We could have saved $300k if we went with a cheaper builder... would have taken double the time and be built from far less quality materials and have a pretty lame level of finish. Monday public holiday here and the gyprock guys made a solid start today finishing the first fix on the top level of house 1. Upstairs first fix linings: (looking from the upstairs living into the master suite) Ensuite: (Open plan vanity area off the master suite) Did some paint sampling also: - Top Grey is the colour of the other house (Solver Morning Grey) - Mid Grey is the wall colour (Solver Georgian Grey) - Bottom Blue is the main wall in the boys bedrooms (Dulux Blue Accolade) For those playing along at home, this is the stack of CAT6 cables in the office for: - 8 4K CCTV Cameras - All TV areas (including bedrooms) - Front door for doorbell system and fob entry 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
