The house turned 100 this year so it only seems fitting for it to be this year it’s being demolished. found some treasures like an old can of salvital and some papers from the 1960s which are super cool! Both 2 story, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, 2 living, with large alfresco areas. One for us one for my mum. We are leaving the backyard unfenced so we still have 250m2 of backyard for the kids to play in and possibly for an unground pool.

Reclaimed bricks are worth a pretty penny nowadays since they came into fashion. we’re saving some to build a pathway to the front doors.
