got a bit going on at mine soon,

40 year old house getting the following mods

new timber facias (I have concealed gutters) ps I hate the person who invented this.

new gutters and down pipes

respray roof

new security screen door

new back sliding door (rotted)

bedroom window removed and filled in + plaster inside

patch massive hole in wall where old a/c was removed

repaint whole inside as current colour I painted a few years ago we now dont like

paint cathedral ceilings

new pendent lights

later in the year new kitchen and floating floor

I just repainted all the windows and doors a fresher colour over xmas.

the plan was to do everything cheap n nasty then sell, looked at finances and bank wont lend me enough to buy a bigger house in the area cause low income plebs, so a few renos and stay put a bit longer here until I win lotto or land a decent job.

im bad at before and after photos but will do my best

ok snapped a few pics, feast your eyes on my run down pos

the back is in just as bad condition so you get the idea.

the front windows are the new colour ive done already.

the house is surprising otherwise solid as a rock, no cracks anywhere inside or out and solid timber studs!
