You might need to find who the inspection was done by they should have all the paper work. With a quick read the other day I found that all new house/owners should receive certification/certificate of termite protection used and what needs to be done to obtain protection and warranty. Seem fishy mate and very dodgy workmanship. If there is more houses in the same block I would say even those houses would have them. Keep us updated mate. We did an electrical walk through yesterday and was told it should go in the garage. What has made me laugh is that we are allowed 40 GPO, we used 36. I said I want 2 single GPO in the media room on the ceiling. That is extra.........WTF!! Well make double GPO which makes it 38 we used and I'll change them to singles later...... money hungry bastards.
