Not sure on that brand mate worth a google but the earlier you can change it the better. Remember any changers are sure to incur extra cost. In your sack should be a few $$$.

Does the Braemar Evaporative heat? You should get one that both heat and cool.

Save your pennies and just buy a ten pack of flannels and a bucket to fill with water, once the bucket is full dip the flannel in it and place it on your forehead.

Will be more effective than an Evap system.

gas for heating

brivis unit I mentioned for cooling both cheap as sh*t to run and relatively priced for purchase as opposed to refrigerated ac which re circulates the same old air in your house.

A home we did in castle hill a fortnight ago required a commercial unit due to being 9 bedroom home as well as living area media room etc even wanted the garage airconditioned. The owner was very concerned about the look of the unit and chose a particular brand just for the look of the exterior unit. interior outlet colours choices and styles are almost endless they suit any look or style ones after. Some choose it all during the planing stage and some wait until the builder tells them it's time for the ac to go in.

Um refrigerated ac units that are maintained correctly have no issues with recirculating chilled air it's an efficient system and in addition to this most modern ac units in newly built homes have a system in Which a percentage of fresh air can be introduced into the cooling cycle well maintained systems pose no health risks due to recirculating air. Evaporative systems have there own drawbacks which I won't go into we install and maintain both forms of systems so there's no bias here refrigerated ac is the winner everytime in my opinion :) but then again it's only an opinion.
