how accurate though.....surely 5435.5 rpm was not your 'highest value' :P

As accurate as the car's internal systems since that's where it gets the numbers! Only thing that holds it back is the sample rate being like 0.25 seconds or something, bluetooth dongle you use plays a part here. PS torque drops way off high in the rev range, so it's faster if you don't rev them right out, so I've read.

As for the boost not reading, maybe it's trying to read the wrong value from the car memory. I think Torque has two values it can read boost from but on my car only one worked (there are two types of value, one's more standard, forget the name). It's easy though since you can view the values updating live while scrolling the value list. Torque costs like $5 on Adnroid, such great value. No idea why dash command can't figure it out, you'd think that would be sorted out of the box. Does it get you to pick a car type? IE I had to pick Ford when setting up the vehicle profile so it could look at the right values straight away, I think.

Thanks for all your replies but I am wanting to know if anybody is using dash command it has a boost vacuum gauge that I can't get to work

Sorry for derailing your thread. I do T think anyone uses dash command. I tried to use it and could not get it to work. I gave up and got Torque instead as there seemed to be wider support for it. Got the support I needed and then bought the pro version.

Steve how do you get the data logging going?

I still haven't got that figured out. :(

Turn on logging....lol

Dig the files out when you plug the phone in to the PC, at least that's what I do. Folder in there somewhere called TorqueLogs I think.

Sounds like you need support :P

The OBDLINK MX adaptor use to be $199 and I got mine for that price.

I believe that they are now down to $99.95. Yeah I got rooted, but I bought mine ages ago.

I've just bought an OBDLink MX on eBay US. $US64.50 was an ok price, which works out to $A93.60.

I'm having it included with a bunch of other stuff that I'm building up at www.shipito.com, so freight cost will be almost nothing.
