I have really stuffed up. I went to do valve springs and have messed up the timing chain vs camshaft! Help needed. How do I get back to the correct timing chain position

You don't need to,you need to along the crank timing marks with the cam marks. Quick way is to remove the timing cover and set the crank to tdc the align the orange mark on the timing change with the mark on the crank gear. Then turn the cams so the marks align with the yellow marks on the chains.

Or rotate the engine up to 37 times till the crank is on tdc and the two yellow marks on the timing chain then rotate the cam gears to line up the marks with marks on the cam gear.
