I could be wrong, don't hold me to it, but that most probably includes dyno time to make sure a retune is not required.

Yeh well it needs a tune buddy and the actuator will definitely need to be tied in with the tune

If it's actually stock then the factory tune should do it if you get a genuine actuator from a wreckers? I'm still using my stock actuator after 280,000km and running 15PSI, but it's got a proper custom tune in it from a decent tuner.

Depends what "basically stock" means though.

What do u mean find a place to put the wastegate? If it's the stock turbo it should be internally gated?

If you haven't got it tuned and have all those other parts on it it could be them causing the overboosting.. especially if that's that's a hi flow cat you have on it
