I can imagine how you feel knowing the pride you have in that car.

Don't worry CJ you will have her back like new soon.

Shouldn't her insurance be paying so you don't lose your NCB?

The main thing is nobody was hurt.

Damage is not that bad, new tyre, new guard and it's all cool again, so as long they do agree to replace the guard for you.

Hope everything is fixed with the utmost of speed dude.

Take care.

You poor *beep*, that totally sucks. Looks like you had quick reflexes and avoided what could have been alot worse.

When I stacked mine, it was the thursday before all the panel shops when on holidays for xmas, so I didn't have my baby for almost 5 weeks.

if your smash repairer has trouble obtaining another wheel let me know. last time I checked, ford melbourne were out of stock of the 17in rims. we bought the last 20 because 4 sets got knocked off out the back of where I work!!! :idunno: we have 2 left over and we can sell it and freight it to your smash repairer if necessary. make doubly sure your car is returned to "pre accident" condition.

Tough break CJ but as everyone has said - could have been worse, nobody got hurt and doesn't look too bad. I'd change the tyre regardless of the depth of that split, just to be on the safe side.

Hope the Acid rush is back good as new soon. :idunno:

That's gotta hurt.....Sorry Chris. That's not good at all. Look on the bright side, it could've been alot worse. I think I would've got out of the car and belted her with my club lock. Something to the teach the idiot to stop driving with her head burried in the clouds.
