Well turbo is in but. Much hard work because I left the manifold on!!!

But I have an issue. The actuator is touching this coolant pipe

What's the best way to bend this pipe out of the way. I've tried pushing it but it won't budge

Your better off moving the actuator slightly than playing with that coolant pipe.It goes into the back of the waterpump with an o ring.

How do I do that? Will it effect the actuator working properly to move it? It was all set up when I purchased it I was hoping not to mess with their setup.

If the actuator bracket has slotted holes where it bolts to the front housing you can just loosen the two bolts and move it a couple mm for clearance.

shifting it anticlockwise a couple mm will really make bugger all difference to the preload on the actuator.

Thanks guys. My next question is, how do I prime the oil feed line. I assume I unplug the coils and then crank it over for 30 seconds or so. Or is their an easier way?

Also should I add assembly lube to the turbo bearings just to be sure?

Finally has anyone ever run their oil pressure sender on the outlet side of their earls oil filter so you get an alarm as the filter gets blocked. I know it would aesthetically look crap but might be practical??

I think I had to be there :)

Anyway back on topic

No my actuator bracket doesn't have elongated holes. Hmmm

It's only just touching. Maybe I could grind the edge off the actuator!!!! I just need 2mm
