If you don't want to drill and tap the front cover, grab one of these and fit it to the outlet silicon joiner

and get it from

I bought one to use with my new GTX..76 but decided to drill and tap the cover and use the original nipple instead.

Was the turbo all in one piece or did you have to take the front off to get to the mounting bolts

Jon's exact words when we were fitting the turbo were "Keep the engine bay totally stock looking" and besides swapping to pw cooler pipes, it is.

Still have the unused nipple in the shed

yeah all in one piece. Mount it to the exhaust manifold connect the coolant line, oil feed line & oil return. If all your stuff is out of the way maybe half hour and its back on.

^^^ Also did this, the back lower side nut (or one of them at least) was a little tricky from memory but not too hard

Well I'll give it a crack this weekend at home. I'll have two mechanics helping me (by standing there holding a beer and watching) so if it is possible to leave the exhaust manifold on, I'm sure they will be able to do it.

I did heaps of my work on my car with a $40 super cheap tool kit. Only basic stuff needed.
