Wouldn't 365rwkw in the F6 turbo feel slower than 365rwkw in the baby one? Well for speeds on the street below 160kmh perhaps?

Its a bit of a tough one, cause with the bigger gtx, it will be easy to go 400 (and run the risk of breaking more sh*t)...but I guess you can always tell them to run less power and have super safe boost levels....but why waste $$$ on a tune like that

The gtx76 in as hard and fast as possible is probably just as bad if not worse when it comes to breaking sh*t, its not all about how much power a part can take, how quickly you make it plays a part as well.

Would I be correct to assume that with the mods I have, a 76 would beat a 82 down the drag strip simply because it is quicker to spool? If so I'll go a 76 im not that interested in big power on the Dyno but I do go to the drags and the odd powercruise

I would guess that the 82 would be faster (cause you can have more power? I.e. faster back half perhaps?).

Since you have gearbox sorted, I would just go bigger one cause it will still spool faster than your current turbo and should be good well into 400s (then just buy tailshaft and see how you go with cv's).

Over 400m, probably not. If its all about drag racing then a converter would help(the 82), that obviously comes at the cost of streetability. In saying that turbo converters shouldnt be too "loose". Between a set of lights though the little gtx will pull the pants down on most things.

Has a gtx76 cracked a 10 on 98 does anybody know? I would think it would fall short given the power they make on 98.

For when your wife is driving the car or if you drop it off to fraud :)

I already have a built Zf so I should just break the tail shaft.

I spoke to gcg today and to PACperformance both offer complete bolt on gtx3582r for $2750 all ported and ready to go. I'm going for full bolt on as my local tuner said not to try to use anyone in Darwin to built one for me using the stock housing. No one knows what they are doing up here. I even called mtq in Darwin and they said to go through melbourne.

I got Pac performance to replace my core (turbo line screen/filter was blocked), found them really good to deal with.
