Thanks for the reply guys... so I'll regap the plugs and see if it changes if not I'll purchase genuine coils and hope for the best ... It just seems to be one thing after the other atm. Also Engine seems to be getting really hot really quick but reads fine on the temp gauge . Open up the bonnet after 10 mins of driving and the heat in there is unbelievable! I need to re route the air filter for the turbo as it sits above the exhaust manifold, this was that from previous owner, all I can see that doing is sucking in hot air

No pic ATM but can get one . Thought I would take it for a drive this afternoon when to take off in first gear it backfired and was running really bad sputtering and feeling really jolty .turned the car Off and then on an went back to normal but now seems to be misfiring/shaking at 3500-4000 rpm with not much acceleration but seems to come good once over 4000 rpm . . Don't really want to create any more damage to the girl, with my work hours it's hard to find time to spend on the ute will defiantly try the re gap sparkies and throw genuine coils in and am hoping that will sort it all out

Not sure if this will help with my query but when it's spurting, shuddering or misfiring whatever it is I can faintly see the cluster lights on the dash light up

Traction control light, abs light most likely with bad shuddering or misfire
