^^^^^^ This guy is right. That is what you engine is going to look like if not already.

By how I read it you are doing things all arse about. Do not drive this vehicle and get hold of a good tuner in your area and go threw with him what you have done.

He may want to slap you around a little but in the end will be able to get your car sorted.

There are plenty of threads on this site about doing things the right way and in the right order, You just have to search and read.

Any other ways usually end up in engine failure and tears !

I agree it sounds like there are a lot of factors here and a professional look over would be a good idea. I'm stock and haven't made any recent repairs etc , so my trouble shooting is a bit simpler.

Those boost pressures might just be a faulty gauge - mine had a cheap one in it when I got it and shows 15psi under full load which is clearly wrong. New one going in next week.

Make sure the boost guage is plumbed into an inlet manifold source ( at the back around the fuel pressure reg area) and not the turbo side or

you will get incorrect psi readings.

if you have a capa 1 it limits your choice who can tune it if you want to use that box, only Capa or a tuner with a very old and not updated software can do it

Dude. These aren't VL turbos. Manual boost controllers don't work in Fords.

Understood thanks velocity. While ive got yous here opinion on gearboxes , stay with th 4 spd auto that is in the car , or fit the 6 speed manual that I have here , which is less likely to give dramas in the long run.? Or does it come down to personal choice
