I bought them when I was rebushing my rear end but on my Ute there was none of these on there just a steel plate. Unsure if the springs are after market or it is a tornado thing.

Steel or ally leaf blocks where the done thing back in the day to stop the rears ends walking around on the leaves on a hard launch (and squeezing the stock pads out). Back before superpro made the poly Pads.

We did the back end of TurboKnapps Old F6 a few years ago, spring eye bushes in poly, springs pads and a small diameter whiteline sway bar. It all really helps the car hook up and the sway bar helps stop it unloading one tire due to the torque reaction.

If you have SL leaves on the rear, then you'll need to piss em off and I am very happy to part with $200 to relieve you of them.

I got stuck on buffers... What an SL leaves?

I would want to bet its bog stock...

I have 4 of those exact same nolothane pads brand new that I don't need. $50 and there yours and I'll ship them to your place for free

Yeah I would be intersted, as long as I can work out if they are "SL leaves" or not...

Oops Tocchi got in first :)

Thanks though!

Yeah sorry champ, just being a hopeful smart arse... ;)

As Tocchi probably explained, SL stands for Super Low (which actually isn't that low), usually Kings brand, I've been on the lookout for a set for a while

I've had the ute 2 years now and I still stuggle with the low front end.. there is no way im lowering it.. The joys of going from a 4" lifted fourby to the xr :wwww:
