What would be the best way to make it sound louder?

The last thing I want to do is f*ck the exhaust right up. Im after the more sophisticated way to make it louder. Mate suggested getting a different muffler or removing the rear muffler altogether. Just want to get a second opinion. Would removing the rear muffler with a straight pipe make a difference in the sound?

But it's not overly loud
