I stand by the fact very few will ever justify the cost of a X cal unit to sit in the glove box within the coming months and it will be a thing of the past in a few years

From where HPT was and where it is now and then to where it's going and at the speed it's moving I'm keen and alliances will crumble fast within the tuning scene

I dont want multiple maps - but I do want to retune as I go along and enjoy the modification journey.

It seems with SCT I cant do that - I have to buy premade maps from some workshop (so the tune is obviously not perfect for my car and I cant adjust it - not worth it).

So can I use HPT to standalone tune my car? (I.e not a workshop, just me and my wideband and the 1/4 mile)

some shops will use the best tool to do a job, there is still a gap to which one is better and sometimes it's just a matter of opinion based on how a user may use it, and that gap is closed up quite a bit recently,

but some shops will use a tool because of other issues, sometime political
