Well we wont know what happened. I could have been the sender in the fuel tank that is not showing correctly. By filling up the fuel tank, it could of fixed the sender.

The fuel log application is a lot more accurate than the on board computer. I use it all the time.

Been using it since April 2012. I know when I have been a bad bad man. ;)

Worst consumption I have had was 25.57L per hundred and on that trip I did 248km. I filled her up with 63.42L

You do have to be disciplined though and type in the info every single time you fill up.

I hope she has settled down now. If you are in Perth, maybe you should come on the next cruise to get that fuel consumption up???

:P

Yeah, I got a sedan and it is manual. It is a Sep 2011 FG.

As far as I am aware, the fuel tank is a 68L tank, so I have been told.

That being said, the most fuel I have ever put in was 66L, that was when I ran out of fuel once... :ermm:

14l per 100km I wish, more like 30+ most days.........

hahaha ... switching to instant fuel usage and giving it flat foot watching it climb over 100l/100kms is a wondeful , yet gut wrenching feeling
