Coolant Pipe To Turbo Replacement

Hi does anyone have or know what I could use to replace the metal coolant pipe that goes from the turbo to across front of engine on a ba xr6 turbo...mine has sprung a leak in the metal pipeing

Is there a lot similar to the oil lines you can get or does anyone have one they don't want....Ford want a stupid price for ot

Cut the leaking section out and replace up to the passenger side join with rubber hose.

Join at connection below thermostat housing. see attached
