Quick questiom guys, has anyone tried out the camber kits for the ba-bf series falcons? Rear tyres scrub out heaps on the inner edge and thinking of installing one of the camber kits to see if I can adjust it out a bit

Yeah they work well mate. There's the option of adjustable upper links as well. But more costly obviously.

Labour cost for either will be the killer.

Damn, that price is a bit high. Reckon it would be worth the money to get the full arm?

Can cut out the labor cost and do in the workshop after hours or on a saturday if needed. Shouldnt be overly hard, I hope...

You need to drop the cradle to remove the top bolts. In this case you would only need to lower it,rather than remove it fully.

But you would be mad to go to that effort and not replace the diff bushes at the same time.

Another option would be a set of rear uprights from an early ba or bf fpv that have camber adjustable upper arms.

Already done the diff bushes. Threw the GT ones in when I did them. Apparently they dont split like the regulars, or are less prone to splitting. Can get the upper arms out without dropping the cradle, its just a sh*t of a job from memory

Yeah,it wouldn't have been on a sedan unfortunately.

But as I mentioned you can lower the cradle with removing it completely.

Just remove the six mounting bolts, the stiffening stays and centering bolt.

was hoping it could be an easy job for a Saturday morning. ruins that idea a little.

might have to do the control blade bushes as well whilst I'm there. just need to decide between the genuine bush or go for the aftermarket version instead
