I have a 393rwkw set up on 98 Fuel , my car has a Plazmaman surge with single 044 and ID1000 injectors and a 400 LPH intank pump and standard fuel rail and reg , I know I need a walbro 460 E85 compatible pump in the main tank but what else do I need to change or add to allow my car to be tuned for E85 ...

Cheers

Non-compliant fuel filters have been one of the major causes of fuels system problems over the years. This is especially true when using Ethanol fuels.

The glues and paper elements in the standard filters just cannot cope with effects of many performance systems and high flow capacities. This causes fouling and blockages of vital components eg, fuel injectors and fuel pressure regulators.

No need for any extra fittings or modifications, just fit and forget.

Available now.

The one you have is too big as a lift pump to start with but its not the end of the world.

A DW200 would suffice and be E85 compliant if you are going to change to something better suited in a few areas..

Yes mate exact same fitment as a 255 Walbro yet its E85 safe....they make a 265ltr one also.

The lift pump for surge tank need not flow huge amounts no point heating up fuel more and pressurizing the surge tank beyond what's intended.

Have you had a walbro 255 fail from e85? I was under the impression they were OK ( not rated but OK to use).

Let's assume your aiming for 450rwkw, if I was you I would fit either another 044, or a different style pump. Look at the nizpro pump or similar. (Maybe even sell your setup and go for a pw twin pump surge)

Either way your standard reg will be past it's limit so you will need a fpr1200 or equivalent plumed up to the end of the stock rail. (Remove the stock reg and replace with a joiner) Again different if you go the pw option.

With that size intank and two 044's you may have trouble reaching the 4 bar base anyway. ( often not a huge issue)

I'm sure someone will shoot my setup down but ehh.

Ok so if I go a PW duel pump surge and a reg fitting kit to my standard rail and a DW200 in the tank than that will be suitable to get the E85 tune ?????
