Replaced Drivers Side Mirror

No, if the handle is intact and hasn't cracked,just use the self tapers to re secure.

Not hard to do.

Cut the old plastic ends off with Dremel (easy) or take pot shots with a drill and drill bit.

When I did mine a few weeks ago I used some screws and small bolts.

Cutting the plastic tips off:

On one end I ended up going nuts with drilling extra holes and putting small bolts through:
