Hi all im new to this forum and will like some advice for my ba xr6 turbo t. When turbo is on boost from 2000pm to about 3500 its fine, after that it will start shuddering and loose boost and car revs will not go over then 5000rpm. Can anyone help? Thanks

Welcome mate.

Soliniod and actuator could be a bit stuck. There's a thread around here re putting in a bit of wd40 to loosen it up. I'd also check the condition of the plugs and see if they are ok. Start with the little bits first

+1 could be coils breaking down under load too

The wd 40 worked, now it doesnt stutter anymore at 5000rpm and goes over but the turbo still makes stuttering noise but not as loud. Its going in for a service on monday . Cheers
