Hi Guys,

My BA XR6 2003 stalls sometimes when at idle, driving or slow speeds, not all the times but sometimes.

- Shudders

- Engine light comes on

- Stalls

- looses power

I have given the throttle body a decarb and disconnected the battery to allow it reset to factory settings however the issue is still there...

One of my mates said he thinks it might be the Oxygen Sensor or TPS?

its a common issue with the BA's, have any of you guys had this problem?

Any help would be great thanks

My Car, BA MK2 2005 Turbo had the same problem. Stalling at the traffic lights.

After I replaced it ( TPS ) with the new unit it never played up again.

Your car may still have the Original TPS.

This is what the new unit looks like: http://postimg.org/image/s3vi6wj81/

The old / original unit got a depression, dent.

The new unit is flat.

Before you try to undo the 2 screws...Make sure you heat up the area around the bolts !!

The bolts are held in with Loctite !!

So take it very easy and slowly !!

If you snap them off... you will be in deep S###.

Good luck.
