How do I have the wrong barbs for 400 series hose?? Its push on hose with push on barbs? Just wire brushed off the plastic lines off the plastic barbs that ran to the tranny and 1/2" hose fitted VERY snug over that also. Some water hose clamps just in case to keep it secure.

Ahhh... yeah Iv got a spare front diff I know which one your talking about. C%$T of a job!! I didn't think that was a wearing part especially on something that's only done a 100k??? F that Id be doing a bogin special on it. I feel your pain and thanks for the heads up on that 1.m actually not going through Pedders. Their $28 report was full of bull. Got a better price including the same amount of work and than some and lifetime warranty on bushes and labor through Sydney Suspension. Shes booked in for next week.

And PWR for the trans. In series with a new heat exchanger

Mate I dont think running a heat exchanger inline is a good idea. Im pretty sure a few guys on here have had some bad experiences with those OEM units splitting causing your box to milkshake. I know for a fact my cousins near new FG split one earlier this yr.

Car is under warranty so I have to retain the factory cooler. If it fails I get a new gearbox. Once warranty if up I will fit PWR heat exchanger on custom brackets. same as I have on my BF.

Damn your cars clean lol.... Its fitted and running without any dramas theres no restrictions so Ill keep it how it is. I think if I went to the creek for a run scrutinizes may have something to say about it because they may want braid. But Its a place Ill never go to and I know its a reliable fitting.

So good news for Territory owners stressing about transfer cases breaking. I just pulled my down and was shocked to see nothing wrong with it.... At first. The weak link is the chain, the rest of the transfer case is built extremely well. After checking all components theres no stressed parts even though the chain was jumping over the sprockets..
