Fits like a finger in a bum :) Yeah no problems. Iv ran similar B&M coolers and Iv never had a problem with them. I skimped out once many yrs ago on a chinese copy and it was useless earls fittings didnt seal that great and the fan was weaker than a Sunday morning fart after a big night out followed by a dirty kebab. In the end the fn thing split on me between the fitting and the end tank.

Had the car at Pedders again yesterday as there was still a clunk in the front end after getting their said parts replaced. It stage link pins from the swaybar which wasn't a biggy but they did a whole check if the car again (for free) and almost every bush that hasn't been replaced is now fcked! Rear diff bush that looks new still, fcked... Rear control blades (tramp rods imo) fcked! Bump stops, non existent but I knew that. And now the biggy, the "third" diff bush in the front is also f*cked and that job is a while front end dropped out job from what I've read! Pedders wouldn't even quote me a price to do it and sent me to another mechanic who has done then and his response...Cnt of a job! Maybe 8hrs for that one bush he said but I don't want to quote a price! We got talking and he did say that if I find an easier way to do it he'll have a go no problems so atleast he was good there. I told him I think I'll fill it with sikaflex for now and hope it doesn't knick when the link pounds are fixed...

I knew it was time for the bushes to go as it's an 08 model with nearly 100k on it but right at a fcked time of rego and house insurances that 3k alone thanks to non existent cyclones!!! Life likes to kick you when you're down...

Pedders told me $28 later that my front lower ball joints are fkd that's what my banging was lol... Ok there is a cheaper solution to your fix of the front diff Diff-Front-Mount-Support-Insert-Bush-Kit. Apparently you can squeeze these into your oem bushes. Iv never done it.

So my engine is in as of last Saturday. Cant do much with it cause as soon as the boost comes on she cuts out (2600rpm) So Im putting around like an old man until CMS can get me in. Said about 2 weeks :( guess Ill go get my bushes done while waiting for it. I was quoted $2050 for front and rear bushes front radius complete lower arms bump stops and a couple of top rear outer bushes said theyll throw in my front CVs for free. My rear blades shocks and springs were already done by the previous owner guess that's keeping cost down a little. This car is the never ending story. So at least 2 weeks till that dreaded clunking transfer case comes out.

Not sure what you're talking about with the "front diff Diff-Front-Mount-Support-Insert-Bush-Kit"? Lol

Have you got a link or part number?

Tell Pedders to replace the drivers side diff bush while the have the front end half out as I don't think there is an aftermarket for this and better safe than sorry worth the amount of hours needed for 1 bush!

As for your boost issue, you could get some fencing wire and wire the wastegate fully OPEN. You will prob have to disconnect the boost line to the wastegate. With the wastegate open you'll have little boost so you should atleast be able to drive around no problems.
