clean it and isolate the leak.

Answered in first post...take it out give it a good clean, did where its leaking and repair if possible...might be worth calling niz if its a failure of some kind..

Otherwise if there is no physical damage I'd give nizpro a ring.

This was a Ralph joke...goes in your radiator which won't help your intercooler....

I reckon cleaning it and trying to isolate the hole's pretty much the best idea.

How much pressure runs through the I/C? Soapy water and spray bottle do the trick?

How much oil makes it through the IC? Looking a that I'd be expecting the bottom of it to be drowning

It doesn't really get out of vacuum just revving in neutral...loading it up in gear would work but is about as safe as....

So who's going to hang over the front end and look for bubbles when it's on boost?

....This suggestion...remove it, fashion up some end caps for the outlets, one with a fitting for an air line, or even a tyre valve could work. If your not able to do that take it somewhere to be assessed/repaired....or call nizpro.

what do you mean by blocked solid intercooler?

He's inferring you put the bar leaks in your intercooler... Some how...which I sincerely hope you have not....

I didn't use that exact one from my understanding the one in the image above goes into the coolant system. I used a different sort which is added into the engine oil, just to see if the leak was coming from somewhere else and making its way out of the cooler. I had a look underneath and the plastic protective tray underneath has oil seeping out as well I'm guess its caught a sh*t load of oil in there. Cars going to get checked out asap.

This is what I was meaning with the bigger problems

Isolate the IC and use an air compressor to pressurise it so then you can use soapy water to find the leak/leaks...
