ratter Member 6,793 Member For: 18y 6m 16d Gender: Male Location: @ my laptop Posted 21/05/15 12:15 PM Share Posted 21/05/15 12:15 PM no,well I saw a car once that the new owner thought was stock,ran it up on the dyno and it was very very lazy coming on boost and then maybe 1 lb extra in the top end, checked to find out why, the car must have been modded and returned back to stock before he got it.the 12 lb actuator was wound so the flapper was held open so it would not make boost, obviously an attempt to keep the boost down so as the ecu with the stock tune would not trigger an overboost situation Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
