Leaving Fg Falcon Parked In The Sun

Has anyone left their FG falcon parked outside for a considerable period of time (years)? I'm thinking of buying one but I won't be able to keep it garaged. I was wondering what sort of damage to the paint or interior to expect after 1, 2, 5 years etc.

EDIT: I'm leaning towards black or dark colours.

Thanks

Had my ute (silhouette) outside for around 2 years. Regret it, it is now garaged.

Plastic roof trims and some of the plastic trims around the windows are a bit faded. Tonneau is a bit lighter too.

All this can be avoided if you give it some love'n once a month.

Keep the polish and wax up to it and you'll be fine. Dont look after it and it will go to 5hit within a year.

that's why we give most out cars girl names because they to need some love'n too

Mine has had the rear leather seat split and the window trims crack and pieces fall off. Not good, it spent 3 yrs out in the open in FNQ

I think a quality window to tint would go a long way plus a good detail once a year or so.

Apparently the dealer applied paint protection is worth it. You don't have to wax or polish the car ever. Seems legit...:dontknow:
