Car has 11k on the clock and only happens on cold start, once car warms up its goes away. A mate said it could be oil pumping through when the cars cold but just want to make sure it's nothing serious. The white and metal thing that the belt runs on. Mine was doing a noise like that. Spray some inox in between the plastic and metal let it sink in wipe off the excess. They get dry hopefully this helps if it doesn't then im a deer with no eyes. (I got no eye dear) lol

As per: http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81368-the-whats-piing-you-off-threadanything-goes/page-348#entry1545343You can buy the genuine Ford pulleys - idle pulley part number is BA8A617A and tension pulley part number is BA6B209A. The idle pulley includes a new bolt (which you don't really need). The tension pulley also comes with the complete arm.Or, you can buy the pulleys on their own using EF/EL part numbers (ie cheaper) - EF6T217A for the idle pulley and EF6B217A for the tension pulley.
