Not in a rush to get new wheels, just throwing an idea out there. If anyone knows what can be done guard wise on the FG or even better the FG Utes that would help.

Looking at rota P45R3 rears and P45R2 fronts if they clear brembos.

Rear 18x12 +20 with 335/30r18

Offset will be the factor in the front but they are a rather heavy feeling wheel.

 

ES2 or ES6 would be a winner for more clearance at higher offsets. Depends what you fit on the front

Was just going by design, they're the same rim just different barrels from what rota said.
Not too many affordable 18x12 wheels to choose from unfortunately.

Nice idea.
The current rears sit a fair bit inside the top of the guards, they clear the inner guard that is folded in 20 or so mm from the outside.

 

Then again there's bound to be better offsets out there, could move 25mm in and would still have enough clearance for lateral axle movement due to the pan hard bar.
