boosted22 Member 7 Member For: 17y 2m 14d Posted 14/05/15 05:28 AM Share Posted 14/05/15 05:28 AM Howdy just after some advice, I have a ba mk11 turbo with all the basic mods, but just in the last few days the idle has been playing up, when ever u pull the car up the idle will run up to around 1400 1500 then drop down to normal idle, its doing it all the time ( engine is hot or cold ) if u pull up under 1000revs it will climb to the 1400-1500 then drop down to normal after that its fine u can sit there reving it and it idles and runs fine but soon as you drive again it will do it, I cant hear no air leaks or anything whats the best place to start checking and cleaning etc cheers ??
