Trying To Help A Friend Create An Account On Here But It Isn't Wor

Hi Admin,

I am trying to help a friend setup his forum account. It looks like the activation wasn’t successful even though we clicked on the link that was sent his email account and activated his fordxr6turbo account. I also tried to resend the activation but he never received the 2nd activation email. Each time he logs into the page, all he can see is a message that says "Sorry, you don't have permission for that." Can you please help get his account setup correctly or maybe even delete the account so he can try re-create it again? His username is andian

I have created a support ticket under my account but haven't got a response as yet. I have also emailed support but the email system isn't working and says I need to whiltelist my email. I whitelisted my email to support but then I got another rejection notice.
